No, I’m not entirely sure what that heading means either.
In short, we hope to be back to winning ways after a couple of weeks off, with a double.
Chelsea to beat Hull at Stamford Bridge - surely the Blues will have learnt to win by now?
And Milan with Beckham to beat whoever it is they’re playing.
We wanted to make it a treble on David Moyes to shoot his mouth off in a Christian Bale style rant in a press conference, but nobody would give us the fucking odds. Fucking ass.

Chelsea & Milan FTW

Dear Reader,
Yes, you, our single reader. We’re really sorry for not updating more and more often recently.
Our silence started after the shock of Man City being done at home by Forest in the third round of the FA Cup.
In between then and now we had a nice double on Rangers and Barcelona, but this weekend we sat on our hands while the random lunacy of the FA Cup played itself out.
So the running today is now £7.71 and we’re ready for action.
Love,
Rich and Dave

Not many updates recently (well apart from those faces up there). It’s Fallout 3’s fault, or should I say Fallout 3’s vault? LOL. Anyway it’s been completed now and hopefully the football season will have a better ending. OMG LOL.

Man City’s zillionaire owners aren’t going to put up with this much longer, are they?
Humiliated at home by a team 4th from bottom of the next division down?
It must be costing them a fortune - and us too!

It’s the exciting round of the FA Cup when anything might happen - and probably will.
We don’t expect Chelsea to get shocked at home like they did at the hands of Barnsley in the Carling Cup, but at 1/10, there’s not a lot of point backing the Blues to beat the other Blues.
So we’ve looked elsewhere for Premiership teams playing at home against lower-league opposition.
At a glance, Arsenal seemed to fit the bill against Plymouth Argyle, but Arsene has seen fit to try a couple of first-timers, one of them in goal, so we’re avoiding that one.
Instead, we’ve plumped for Man City to beat Nottingham Forest and Middlesbrough to beat Barrow.
Admittedly, neither side is what you might call reliable, but we think they’ll do the business today to keep some interest in the season.
We’ll have more than £18 if it comes off!

Please bear with us while we experiment with a chart that shows the running total of our negativity - or positivity as the case may be. Sometimes. But not very often.
Oh. It seems that Google Charts can’t plot negative numbers. Or have I missed something?

To celebrate another step close to our Million Quid a pie was baked, photographed and eaten. Hopefully we will bake, photograph and eat many more celebratory pies in 2009!

Earlier today I exchange a couple of text messages with My Mate Dave, who suggested we back a Liverpool & Chelsea double.
I paid a cursory glance to the football schedules and for some reason concluded that Chelsea were playing tomorrow, so decided to ignore them and plump our not-so-plump kitty on Liverpool.
We won, of course, but are left feeling that we could have won a bit more if I was paying attention. Heh.
We’ve turned our fiver into £11.58 which given our recent track record is pretty good going.
Hurrah!

1-0 is never a totally convincing scoreline, but we were happy enough to see Rangers beat Hibs yesterday.
We had a £9 free bet from Blue Square, which was nice, but when we won they didn’t let us keen the £9, only the winnings. Godammit.
So we’re £3.27 to the good and stroking our chins over the next bet.
